Terms and Conditions
myreward is the incentive scheme for introducers of myhomemove Conveyancing and HIP services. This includes conveyancing and HIPs delivered by Premier Property Lawyers Limited and other affiliated 3rd party law firms under their own brand and other branded services facilitated by myhomemove premier panel.
Points are issued based on the data generated through the myhomemove quotation and case management systems as follows:
Sale or Purchase conveyancing case: 300 points on receipt of a completed starter pack from the client and Memorandum of Sale in relation to the specified transaction. N.B. reissued starter packs relating to the same property or purchaser within a 12 month period will not accrue further points.
Sale or Purchase conveyancing case: 700 points on exchange of a contracts
HIPs: 200 points on 1st publish of the HIP (i.e. after the EPC and other required information has been received).
Remortgage: 200 points on legal completion of the remortgage case.
Points are assigned to the individual name selected from the drop down menus within the myhomemove and myhomeinformationpack quotation systems.
From time to time myhomemove may vary the points values issued for the events specified. Any changes in points values will be communicated via e-mail to the individual user e-mail address provided at registration. The dates of qualification for any temporary changes to points values will be clearly stated.
Myhomemove will provide facilities to redeem points against a range of incentives, either directly via myhomemove or through a 3rd party redemption site. Redemption is subject to further terms and conditions that will be clearly stated on the redemption website.
Myhomemove retains the right to close this scheme at any time. In this event, all users would be e-mailed with information on how to redeem earned points. Any points not redeemed within 6 weeks of this closure communication would become void and no further liability will exist to redeem the points. Where Points are redeemed for a Voucher carrying a specified cash discount or benefit, the Voucher will have an expiry date specified on it and will be subject to any other terms and conditions stated on the Voucher or otherwise publicised. Points expire if not redeemed within 2 years of issue.
